RESERVATIONS & BOOKINGS
We are committed to making your reservation experience simple, transparent, and enjoyable. Please review the following booking guidelines before confirming your stay at The Cotswolds Siargao.
Submitting a reservation request through our website or another communication channel does not automatically secure a booking. All reservations remain subject to room availability and confirmation by our team.
Your reservation is considered confirmed only after you receive an official confirmation from The Cotswolds Siargao via email or another authorized communication channel.
Room rates, promotional offers, and availability may change without prior notice. The applicable rate is the one confirmed by our reservations team at the time your booking is accepted.
Guests are responsible for providing complete and accurate reservation details, including contact information, travel dates, and the number of occupants, to help us prepare for a comfortable and seamless stay.
PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
Our payment and cancellation policy provides clear and transparent terms for reservations made directly with The Cotswolds Siargao.
All reservations made directly through The Cotswolds Siargao require payment to secure the booking. The applicable booking amount and payment instructions will be displayed during the reservation and checkout process.
Once payment has been successfully completed and the reservation has been confirmed, the booking is considered final.
All direct bookings made through The Cotswolds Siargao are final, non-cancellable, and non-modifiable.
Once a guest has completed a booking and payment has been confirmed, no cancellation, date change, room change, guest-count change, or other modification to the reservation will be permitted.
Guests are therefore encouraged to carefully review their selected dates, room, number of guests, and booking details before completing payment.
All payments made for direct bookings with The Cotswolds Siargao are non-refundable.
Neither deposits nor full payments are refundable once the booking has been confirmed. No refund will be provided due to cancellation, change of plans, failure to travel, or other reasons initiated by the guest.
Any refund that may be required by applicable law or expressly approved by The Cotswolds Siargao will be handled separately and in accordance with the applicable circumstances.
A guest who does not arrive at The Cotswolds Siargao on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
In the event of a no-show, the applicable deposit or full payment will be forfeited in favor of The Cotswolds Siargao, regardless of the number of remaining nights in the reservation.
No refund, credit, cancellation, or modification will be provided for a no-show.
By completing a direct booking through The Cotswolds Siargao website, the guest acknowledges that they have read and understood these payment, cancellation, modification, refund, and no-show policies and agrees that the reservation is final and non-refundable.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
We kindly ask every guest to help maintain the peaceful, welcoming, and comfortable atmosphere that defines The Cotswolds Siargao by respecting our property, team members, and fellow guests.
Guests are expected to treat accommodations, furnishings, facilities, and shared spaces with reasonable care throughout their stay to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone.
Guests may be responsible for damages resulting from negligence, misuse, or intentional misconduct during their stay. Repair or replacement costs may be charged when appropriate.

Guests agree to comply with all reasonable house rules, occupancy limits, safety guidelines, and other policies communicated before or during their stay.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any liability arising from accommodation services shall be limited to the value of the reservation directly confirmed with The Cotswolds Siargao.
