Check-In
Our standard check-in begins at 3:00 PM.If you arrive earlier and your room is available, we'll gladly accommodate an early check-in whenever possible.
If your room isn't ready yet, we'll happily store your luggage while you relax or explore General Luna.
Departure
Check-Out
Kindly check out by 11:00 AM so our housekeeping team can prepare the room for arriving guests.
If you need a late check-out, please contact our staff. We'll do our best to accommodate your request depending on room availability.

1. Love Your Neighbor
Please be considerate of our neighbors and fellow guests. Keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

2. Be A Faithful Steward
Please care for the home and everything in it as if it were your own. Let us know right away if something is damaged or not working properly.

3. Registered Guests Only
Only registered guests may stay overnight unless additional visitors have been approved in advance by management.

4. Honor This Space
Smoking, vaping, illegal drugs and excessive alcohol consumption are not permitted inside the property or guest rooms.

5. Keep Our Home Clean
Please help keep shared and private spaces clean and tidy. Use the bins provided and avoid leaving excessive mess behind.

6. Practice Peace
Parties, large gatherings and disruptive behavior are not permitted. Please help us maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.

7. Care For God's Creation
Please conserve water and electricity during your stay. Turn off lights, fans and air conditioning when leaving the room.
